Refund and Returns Policy

Sarwar Sanjay Travels ka aim hai ki customers ko transparent aur fair service mile. Is policy me booking cancellation aur refund ke rules clearly explain kiye gaye hain.

1. Ticket Cancellation Policy

Bus Ticket Cancellation

  • Agar customer journey date se pehle ticket cancel karta hai, to cancellation charges apply honge.
  • Cancellation charges bus operator / service provider ke rules ke according honge.
  • Journey start hone ke baad ticket cancel nahi hota.

Taxi / Cab Booking Cancellation

  • Pickup time se 24 hours pehle cancel karne par full refund mil sakta hai.
  • 24 hours ke andar cancel karne par partial refund ya no refund ho sakta hai.
  • Driver assign hone ke baad cancellation charges lag sakte hain.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund sirf original payment mode (UPI, card, wallet, bank) me hi kiya jayega.
  • Cash payment wale cases me refund bank transfer ke through diya jayega.
  • Refund process hone me 5–7 working days lag sakte hain.
  • Convenience fees, gateway charges, ya service charges non-refundable hote hain.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Agar customer pickup location par available nahi hota (No-Show), to koi refund nahi milega.
  • Bus ya taxi miss hone ke baad refund claim valid nahi hoga.

4. Operator / Service Cancellation

  • Agar bus operator ya Sarwar Sanjay Travels ki taraf se service cancel hoti hai, to full refund diya jayega.
  • Refund ya to customer ke wallet / bank account me transfer hoga ya alternate booking offer ki jayegi.

5. Force Majeure (Natural / Uncontrollable Situations)

Natural calamities, strikes, road blocks, government restrictions, ya technical issues ke cases me:

  • Refund bus operator ke rules ke according hoga.
  • Sarwar Sanjay Travels ki responsibility limited rahegi.
